How much voice-over recording costs
At AG Sound Studio, room rental for voice-over is $400 MXN/hour and includes the booth, control room, and a sound engineer running the session. A typical session runs 2 to 4 hours, depending on how much copy you're recording and how many takes you need.
What microphone gets used
The studio has professional studio microphones built to capture voice clearly without background noise — recording into a laptop mic isn't the same as an acoustically treated booth with the right gear.
Do I need to edit the audio afterward
If your project needs dialogue cleanup, assembly, or mix prep, sound editing is quoted separately ($500 MXN/hour) and can be added to the same quote as the recording session.
